Woodlands Students Participate in Robotics Surgery Initiative

robotic surgery A group of Woodlands High School students participated recently in a two-day after-school exposure program at White Plains Hospital, learning about the cutting-edge field of robotic surgery. During the two sessions, the students were involved in hands-on activities, worked in a functioning operating room to experience first-hand how robotic surgery is performed, used equipment in simulation mode and learned from hospital professionals in a series of interactive lectures about medical career paths. An amazing experience for our Greenburgh students!
