Issues with Registration
1. I entered in my information on the Registration screen and it said that a password was emailed to me, but I never received it. What should I do?
First, check your SPAM filter to make sure that the email was not inadvertently marked as SPAM. If you cannot find the message and sufficient time has passed from when the password has been requested, you can contact homeaccess@greenburghcsd.org from the email address for which the password is being requested and we will assist you in retrieving the password.
2. When I am attempting to sign up for Home Access Center, it is saying that my name is not found. What should I do?
When an account creation is attempted, the system checks against our records to make sure that the person requesting the account exists. This means that the name must match identically to what we have on record. For example, if your name is Richard in our system and you sign up as Rich, you will not be recognized. Please be sure to sign up using the name on record with the District. Your registration letter contains the information needed to create an account. If this does not work, please contact us at homeaccess@greenburghcsd.org and we will help you troubleshoot the issue.
3. When I attempt to sign up for an account, it is saying that there is another person registered with the same email address, but I know I haven't created one. What should I do?

Issues with Home Access Center after signing in
4. How do I change my password once I am logged in?
Once you are logged in, verify your name is displayed on the upper right. Place the mouse pointer on your name and click on the My Account option. You will see the option to change your password.
5. I am able to sign in, but not all of my children are listed. What should I do?
Contact homeaccess@greenburghcsd.org, and we will assist in linking all of your children into one account.
6. There are no grades listed for my child's class. Who can I contact?
You can first contact the teacher to ask when they will be posting their grades. If you need to discuss the matter further, please contact an administrator for that building.
7. In the Registration section of Home Access Center I am able to change the student and guardian email and phone number, but I cannot change the home address. Why?
Home Access Center only allows the user the ability to update or add email and contact phone numbers in the Edit section. If the home/mailing address information needs to be updated or is incorrect, please contact your child’s school building secretary immediately.
