What REALLY is Social Studies?  Glad you asked. . .

The study of social relationships and functions of society.  Social studies is made up of courses in history, government, economics, civics, sociology, geography, and anthropology. 

 This year our students will learn about the great state of New York, the impact of the Colonial War and Revolutionary War, and National and State government. 

Our journey is under way. . .
