2026–27 School Budget

Thank you, Voters!

The 2026–2027 GCSD school budget has received 807 YES votes and 562 NO votes. We greatly appreciate that the community has voted in favor of our budget and for its ongoing support of Greenburgh CSD. Our work is grounded in a simple but powerful belief: every decision must be made through the lens of students first. 

This budget is not just a financial plan. It reflects our commitment to student growth, achievement, and meaningful outcomes. It is intentionally aligned with the district’s SOAR priorities: Student Success, Operational Excellence, Attracting and Retaining Talent, and Responsive Relationships. We are proud of the work happening across our schools every day in every classroom. Greenburgh Central is a district filled with talented students, dedicated staff, and a strong sense of community.

We are also pleased to announce that Board of Education trustees Erin Jacobsen and Tracy C. Mairs have been reelected to a three-year term beginning in July 2026.

El presupuesto escolar del GCSD 2026-2027 recibió 807 votos a favor y 562 en contra. Agradecemos enormemente que la comunidad haya votado a favor de nuestro presupuesto y su continuo apoyo al Greenburgh CSD. Nuestra labor se fundamenta en una creencia sencilla pero poderosa: toda decisión debe tomarse bajo la premisa de poner a los estudiantes en primer lugar. 

Este presupuesto no es solo un plan financiero; refleja nuestro compromiso con el crecimiento, el rendimiento académico y la obtención de resultados significativos para los estudiantes. El presupuesto está alineado intencionalmente con las prioridades SOAR del distrito: Éxito Estudiantil, Excelencia Operativa, Atracción y Retención de Talento, y Relaciones Receptivas. Estamos orgullosos del trabajo que se lleva a cabo en nuestras escuelas todos los días, en cada aula. Greenburgh Central es un distrito repleto de estudiantes talentosos, personal dedicado y un fuerte sentido de comunidad.

También nos complace anunciar que las miembros de la Junta de Educación, Erin Jacobsen y Tracy C. Mairs, han sido reelegidas para un mandato de tres años que comenzará en julio de 2026.
