October is a time to recognize the history, culture, and contributions of Czech Americans and the generations who have helped shape the United States.
From Antonín Dvořák, whose music influenced American composers, to Tomáš Baťa, whose innovative approach to business helped establish a global footwear company, Czech Americans have made their mark in music, business, science, the arts, and beyond.
Here’s to celebrating Czech heritage and the many ways it has become part of the American story!
