Registration

Welcome to the Greenburgh Central School District!We look forward to welcoming your child(ren) to our schools. Please contact the District Registrar to begin the registration process via an online registration link or paper registration packet. The District Registrar is available in person by appointment only.

The required documents for registration are as follows:

  • Child's Proof of Birth (Birth Certificate or Passport)
  • Parent or Legal Guardian Photo ID
  • Proof of Legal Guardianship – Required when custody is not shared by both parents or when a non-parent is enrolling the student. Documentation must demonstrate that the registering adult has permanent legal custody and the legal authority to enroll the student.
  • Current Proof of Residency of Parent or Legal Guardian
    (within 30–60 days):

    • Owners: Proof of ownership, such as a deed or mortgage statement AND two utility bills showing your name and address, OR at least two other proofs of address.
    • Renters: Current residential lease AND two utility bills showing your name and the address listed on the lease, OR at least two other proofs of residency.
    • Living With: If you are living with relatives/friends or rent a room and do not hold a lease: A notarized shared residency affidavit from the landlord, owner, or person you share property within the district AND two utility bills showing your name and address, OR at least two other proofs of residency.
  • Parent or Legal Guardian Photo ID
  • Child’s Current Dental Record
  • Student Academic Records if applicable
    (i.e. Report Card, IEP, Transcripts)
